Check in/Check-out: Guests may check in to the house anytime after 4:00pm on the day of their reservation and must check out by 11:00am on the day of their departure. If you would like to check in before 4 pm or check out after 11 am, please consider reserving a 2nd night. 

Reservation is for 1-2 adult guests.

Care of house: Because of our finished wood floors, we require that all guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Guests may wear socks or slippers only. No bare feet or outside footwear allowed. There is a mud room area with a chair upon entry for easy shoe removal and complimentary slippers. No open flames or use of candles in the house.

Disturbances: Occupancy and use of the premises and amenities shall not be in a manner that disturbs owners, other Guests, or neighbors.

Not allowed: 

1. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the property.

2. No pets, except licensed service dogs.

3. No smoking or any marijuana products may be brought onto, or used, on the property or inside the house.

4.  Guests are not permitted to park or drive on the grass. The driveway may be accessed by vehicles.
